Villa Elena is an Andalusian-style villa in an excellent location in Los Pacos, within easy walking distance of the Mediterranean beaches in Fuengirola. But if you prefer you can enjoy the sun all day in and around the private swimming pool. The pool can be covered when not in use for security purposes if you have small children. The villa also has a grassy area where children can play games.
Villa Elena has three floors. The 4 bedrooms on the upper floor are accessed from a magnificent entrance hall, which is decorated in a medieval style. The master bedroom has access to its own terrace. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one of them has a jacuzzi bath.
There is an additional room on the ground floor with a double sofa bed giving flexibilty to use this as a bedroom during the night if required

The middle floor has a very well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a water filter system and an ice maker, a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, several different coffee makers, a microwave oven and a toaster. There is a sheltered patio outside the kitchen, where you can also use a gas stove. It is convenient to take food to the dining room through the serving hatch on the wall.
The living room has direct access to the pool terrace. The dining table on the terrace is wonderful for enjoying a champagne breakfast in the morning sun or delicacies prepared on a charcoal grill in the darkening Andalusian evening.

The living room has a fireplace for cooler winter evenings.
Downstairs are a spacious sauna and an atmospheric lounge. The sauna has its own access to the swimming pool and the bathroom has showers for two.
The villa has air conditioning and heating.
There is a place for two cars behind the locked gate.
The center of Los Pacos is 300 meters away. There you will find many services, such as a pharmacy, several restaurants, a bakery, etc. It is 800 meters to Los Boliches train station and 1.3 kilometers to the beach. So you'll be fine even without a car.
There are plenty of things to see and do nearby, for example the Benalmádena Butterfly Park, the Fuengirola BioParc zoo, picturesque Mijas, the Aqua Mijas water park, the Miramar or Plaza Mayor shopping centers, kilometers upon kilometers of sandy Mediterranean beach and the Costa del Sol's truly extensive gastronomic offer. A little further day trip to Marbella, Málaga or, for example, Seville, Córdoba, Granada and Ronda can be reached conveniently and quickly either by rental car or by public transport.
The Costa del Sol has a very wide range of different hobby opportunities. Villa Elena is also perfect as a base for golfers. Especially during the winter months, the Costa del Sol is a mecca for golfers in Europe.
Los Pacos is also an excellent place for Padel enthusiasts.
