This is a First Floor 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit which can sleep 7-8 people including children. This is a Spacious & newly constructed & newly decorated beach home with 3 bedrooms & 2 new custom baths with granite & stone tile. Living room & full new kitchen and dining area, washer-dryer, central air and heat, there is a large front deck with table & chairs, there are 3 flat screen TV's thru out the unit, large parking driveway and street parking if needed. plenty of room to entertain

check out cleaning is included also Fresh Bed linens & Bath and hand towels for all guests is included in the fee

This home is only 1.5 short blocks to the beach and half a block to the 5th street boat ramp
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, one queen bed, walk in closet, night stands, dresser, flat screen TV and full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: one full bed with night stands, dresser, large closet.
Bedroom 3: two full beds, flat screen TV, night stands, dresser and large closet.
This home is a New Construction Duplex Beach House sleeps that can sleep 8 to 16 people (Adults & Children) . This listing is for the rental of the First floor unit.

This home is Cleaned and being Disinfected as per CDC guidelines.

The key less entry the code will be sent the day before or the morning of your arrival. WIFI is available and the log in info will be sent as well.

Very short walk to town Shops and restaurants

Perfect location

This great home offered everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Easy walk to the beach, or to watch the sunset over the bay. Ample outdoor space.

Very Clean and organized place

This was close to everything Shops, Beach and the bay... The kids enjoyed watching the boats being launched from the boat ramp at the bay. We will be back thank you!

Good spot, Walking distance to Beach

The place was nice, easy and in a good location (could walk to beach, marina; quick 1 min drive to other food/coffee places). Would have been 5 stars except that being on the bottom floor can be a little noisy, you can hear the people staying above you walking around.

The property was updated well kept, and convenient. There could have been better deep cleaning, like the ceiling fans, and baseboards. Otherwise, the bathrooms were clean, kitchen clean and modern. All conveniences were in great working order.

Very satisfied

Very clean. I thought the yard would be more grass. Beds alittle uncomfortable. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Very convenient location.

Hi Jen Thank you for the 5 stars! I am glad you all enjoyed your stay. I wanted to respond about The beds have new micro fiber mattresses I tend to like those but I guess not for everyone. Stay in Brigantine

Unfortunately we had to clean up after our arrival, like vacuuming the floors. Moreover, everything was very worn out.

Just 'OK'

Check in at this home was easy and without issue. We stayed in the bottom unit, and while small, it worked for what we needed. It was clean and in good condition when we arrived. The walls, however, are VERY thin. We had a bachelorette party staying above us, and we listened to them laugh and stomp around at 3am both nights, which did not make for a restful weekend. Additionally, the beds are extremely soft. I realize that may be a matter of preference, but no one in our party slept comfortably. Otherwise the place was fine and met our expectations for the price.

There is plenty to do here. just a few things we love to enjoy, the short walk to our non crowed beach or you can drive your SUV onto the drive on beaches. Brigantine Golf Links in a short drive on the island, over 20 restaurants to choose from. Aunt B's Ice cream shop! The Shark Park on 26th St. & Brigantine Ave is always a joy for the kids. a short 2 block walk or bike ride is the new Brigantine Community Education and Recreation center here you will find Tennis courts, basketball courts a baseball & football fields, 2 Street Hockey rinks, Skateboard Park , Bocce court, Soccer and much more!

Atlantic city is only a 5 minute drive over the Brigantine bridge enjoy the Casinos, AC boardwalk featuring Ripley's Believe It or Not! and Family amusement and theme park with rides also Tanger Outlet Centers offer 38 shopping outlet malls and more than 400 brand name factory outlet stores! we hope you enjoy your stay in this Pristine home.
