This house will seduce you with its large swimming pool and beautiful garden with trees.

It comprises:Three bedrooms, one of which is a suite (two 160 cm double beds and two 90 cm single trundle beds) to comfortably accommodate your family.Two bathrooms for added convenience. One is a full bathroom with a shower, while the other has a bathtub.Enjoy a living room and dining room with direct access to the terrace and a view of the pool. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The laundry room is located next door.“Groups of young people, parties, and guests under the age of 25 are not accepted.”

You will have a 9m x 5m private pool at your disposal, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. The garden is large and wooded. There is an outdoor shower.For your family meals, you will have an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue at your disposal.You can park your vehicle on the property.
