The kitchen is well-appointed with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, and a freezer. There are two showers/WC and a double hand-basin on this level, complemented by floor heating for added comfort. Upstairs, you'll discover a room with two beds (90 cm, length 180 cm) and another double bedroom, both leading to a balcony.
