You’ll enjoy an excellent view of the city and the sunset ☀️<br>We’re half a block from Centenario Park and two blocks from the Palace of Justice and 9 de Octubre Avenue, famous for its shops; less than 5 minutes from the Guayaquil Clinic, 2 blocks from the AEROVÍA station that takes you over the Guayas River on an unmissable ride, 8 blocks from the Malecón 2000, and 6 blocks from the Zona Rosa and Panama Street.<br>The bus runs right by the building, and you’ll find restaurants and markets there<br>. It’s a very commercial area that’s always bustling because there are large music instrument stores nearby and many hostels due to its proximity to Guayaquil’s historic center.<br><br>The space<br>PLEASE NOTE: Starting in April 2024, Ecuador has implemented an electricity rationing plan.
