Additionally, e-bike charging is available at the property free of charge. Parking for 2 cars is conveniently provided on the premises.

"LuxuSölk" is a beautifully appointed 6-room vacation rental spread across 3 levels, offering approximately 170 m2 of living space and accommodating up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property features parquet floors throughout and is thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the main level, you will find a living and sleeping room furnished with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and a dining table. This space opens directly onto a west-facing terrace of 55 m2, equipped with terrace furniture and offering beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. Adjacent to this room is a second room featuring 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. The main level also includes a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with Nespresso capsules provided complimentary. A shower room with WC completes this floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a room without a window containing 1 sofabed, a shower room with WC, and a small kitchenette equipped with an electric coffee machine. This level also benefits from satellite TV with international channels on a flat-screen television.

The upper floor mirrors the generous layout of the main level, featuring a living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and a dining table, with direct access to a west-facing balcony of 25 m2 furnished with balcony furniture.
