Once you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious lounge with an open-plan kitchen. This bright and welcoming area provides direct access to the outdoors, where you'll find comfortable sun loungers—enough for all guests—surrounding a sparkling pool. The pool area is equipped with an awning, providing welcome shade during the warmest hours of the day.

From the pool terrace, you can stroll down to a large green space featuring a golf pitch, BBQ area, and a cozy outdoor sitting area with a parasol—perfect for enjoying sunsets with family, sharing a meal, and playing golf together.

Inside the villa, four inviting bedrooms and four pristine bathrooms are thoughtfully designed for your utmost comfort. The upper level houses two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are ensuite, ensuring privacy and convenience.

On the lower level, you will find a fully independent apartment complete with its own kitchen, lounge area, bedroom, and bathroom, along with private access to the garden—ideal for guests seeking additional privacy.

For families travelling with babies, the property provides a travel cot, high chair, changing station, and plastic bath, available upon prior request.

A refundable security deposit will be charged separately from the accommodation fee. After a successful checkout, the deposit will be reimbursed within 10 days.

To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your time at Villa La Bonita. Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the property. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. We kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbors. Our aim is to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.

Important: Families and children are welcome. For adult guests staying in the property, the minimum age requirement is 28 years old.
