Villa Zinnibiri is located in the Porto Sa Ruxi Residence, about 150 meters from the famous beach and enjoys panoramic views from its own veranda and from inside the house through the living room window. The house has 3 rooms on 2 levels: on the first level living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, double or twin bedroom (depending on needs), bathroom. On the second level, master bedroom and bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom.

Exterior with equipped veranda, barbecue and outdoor shower. The house has private parking and water reserve. The residence is equipped with a common swimming pool and tennis court for residents (fee required). The beach offers bar service and umbrella and boat rentals. The house has air conditioning, washing machine and satellite TV.

There is also the possibility of renting an American coffee machine, electric kettle, and upon request it is possible to arrange babysitting and mid-week cleaning for a fee. Mandatory security deposit of €300 with credit card.

Villasimius is a municipality that applies a tourist tax of €1.00 per day per person (not applicable to children under 10 years old).
