Villa l'Esquirol with view and pool

Villa l'Esquirrol is brand new and is located at the top of the hill in the middle of the vineyards. It is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. Here, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or relax in the garden with a book and drink by your side. Take in the panoramic views of the village from the bridge or the road to Laurenque. Relax on the beach at Roquebrun with a homemade ice cream or picnic. Stroll through the narrow streets to the Moulins de Roquebrun mills. Visit the Jardin Méditérranéen and enjoy the panoramic views, the route taking you as far as the ruins of the Carolingian Watchtower. Stop off at the Chapelle Saint Pontien in Ceps, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Taste AOC Saint Chinian Appelation Roquebrun wines from the cooperative cellar and local producers. Canoeing and pedal-boating on the River Orb. Walk or cycle through the vineyards The villa has all modern comforts - air conditioning - equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms ideal for 2 families or a group of friends. Of course the exteriors are also a treat with a covered terrace as well as a large L-shaped terrace. The swimming pool is accessible from May to the end of October.
To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 30 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.

The property was immaculate and the kitchen well equipped. Large pool and great outdoor space. The villa was very spacious and perfect for 2 families. In a great location just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops. The hosts was fantastic and friendly and couldn’t ask for more from Stephanie and Paul. We are definitely going to stay again and thank you for a great 3 weeks. D & K

Der als Erweiterung der Terrasse gelegene Swimmingpool bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und ist groß (10x5). Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß und die beiden Badezimmer sind hervorragend! Die gesamte Villa ist klimatisiert. Die Umgebung ist beruhigend. Die halbüberdachte Terrasse bietet viel Schatten. Diese Villa ist perfekt für 2 Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen oder eine 4-köpfige Familie, die viel Platz haben möchte. In 2 Minuten Entfernung gibt es 2 Restaurants, eine Bäckerei und 1 Lebensmittelgeschäft
