This property exceeded our expectations - the room was perfect, spacious, well located right near the pools/hot tubs and walking distance right to the skiing areas. The amenities at the Four Seasons such as valet included, the spa facilities and gym included, etc were all huge perks. We loved s’mores everyday by the campfire - and the hot cocoa, hot apple cider, coffee, and cookie stations daily. The food and bar on location are all very good as well. We will absolutely be back!!

Everything was amazing!

We had the most magical week ever. Property is beautiful, food was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs. We enjoyed the slopes and also relaxed at the spa. I can’t thank Dan enough for his every recommendation from food to activities. Dan and Bill both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than we could imagine. We are sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

4+ stars, one issue

Great property and communication and accommodation by the owner was excellent. Property is beautiful, as you would expect with a 4 Seasons. The only reason for 4 stars (as opposed to 5) is upon check-in to our 2 bedroom condo there were footprints staining the carpet in one bedroom. Substance was still wet, and red. I don't know if it was spilled soda, or something worse. Housekeeping was informed and tried to take care of it, but throughout the 4 day stay it was something you wanted to avoid. Something you might overlook at a Holiday Inn, but pretty bad form at a 4 Seasons. Otherwise, all as expected and great stay.

Ideal Location and Property

This is everything you'd expect out of a Four Seasons and more. Excellent proximity to the pool and skiing, and we could see the slopes from both bedrooms and the living room. The Four Seasons really does a great job in making kids feel special and at home. We had high expectations for this stay, and this place exceeded them! We look forward to staying here again soon.

Amazing stay !

We had a wonderful first visit to JH. Dan’s residence did not disappoint as one would expect from a FS property. The accommodations were lovely and service impeccable. Residents concierge was super helpful and very communicative. Thanks for everything that made our vacation so memorable.

Wonderful stay!

Our first time in Jackson Hole and Teton Village, snd we really enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Residences. Wonderful property and outstanding staff. Only steps away from the gondolas, restaurants, etc. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The Tetons in Style

Everything about our stay was perfect. The property is amazing. It couldn't be a better location. Right next to the lift looking up the mountain. The service was exactly what you'd expect from The Four Seasons. The unit itself was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Two big suites with high end bathrooms, a completely furnished kitchen, guest bath, a living room, dining area, and a porch. Daniel was also a great host -- very honest and proactive during this COVID-19 time -- supplying us with lots of information on how the property would work. Thank you! If you have the chance to book this, do it! We'll be back too.

This was a great property. We really enjoyed the Four Seasons. Daniel was super helpful in booking and answering the questions we had. This is a great location for exploring both National Parks. There are all the amenities you could hope for. Also, during COVID, it was comforting how the hotel approached keeping everyone safe. Everyone inside the property had masks on (staff and guests), there were temp checks at the entry, and hand sanitizer everywhere.

Fabulous property

Everything was top notch! The most comfortable, clean, well appointed accommodations for our family of 5. Four seasons staff was over the top! Location for Teton village activities is the best! Hope to come again!
