A very large penthouse, triple terrace: in Palazzo Romani Adami, an 18th century complex with medieval remains, completely renovated. Independent entrance, in an exciting, huge 18th century gallery, splendid light.

The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms containing 2 double beds and 2 single beds (convertible into a double bed!). 2 large bathrooms, one with a bathtub, large kitchen, double living room, frescoed dining room, a study area: all overlooking a bright terrace. Every corner of this accommodation seems to tell the story and culture of the place: from its frescoed ceilings to its period furniture, to the 360-degree view from the various rooms from the sea to the sunset over the Sibillini mountains.
150 square meters of pure comfort with air conditioning and wi-fi, enriched by a monumental triple terrace.
The location is also excellent, being right in the center but also only 7 km from the beaches, with the possibility of having a covered paid parking.
