In the winter guests will have access to the pellet stove in the corridor.

The space
Villa Egles, feel at home!
The Villa offers ample space for you, your family and friends for a stopover and to visit the splendid Lignano Sabbiadoro and the surrounding towns.

The accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor and is very spacious, equipped with: 4 bedrooms (two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed and a last bedroom with three bunk beds). All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan; kitchen with induction hob and refrigerator; bathrooms; three bedrooms are equipped with a terrace and electric shutters;

In the winter, guests will have access to the pellet stove in the corridor for heating.

The Villa is accessed through a door and cars can be parked either in front of the entrance door or inside the Villa.
Guests will be provided with sheets, blankets, towels and pillows.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator with no frost freezer.
The Villa has a large garden of about 1,000 square meters.

- From May 1st to September 30th the tourist tax is 0.70 euros per person per day, to be paid at check in.
- Check in is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, late check ins will be subject to a surcharge to be paid at check in equal to 20 euros and will be agreed upon availability of the host and upon request. Check ins will not be accepted after 11:00 pm.
- Wifi is available and is self-limited to 15 GB per day.
- Parties are prohibited.
- Pets are allowed and a surcharge will be applied to be paid at check in, if not indicated in the reservation.

For security reasons the Villa is equipped with an external video surveillance system.

Guests will have access to the upper floor of the Villa and the front garden. The upper floor of the Villa consists of: 4 bedrooms, bathroom with two showers and kitchen.
