We really enjoyed our stay at this quite large house with beautiful garden areas. It has many porches, balconies that we used. Upper terrace had views of the sea. We enjoyed eating our meals outside. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Everything was wonderful.

My husband, two year old and I visited here for three days. We never actually went into Kalamata!1. Communication: It was very easy to communicate with the host. We had called to ask if we could check in a little early and they were more than happy to let us. The instructions were straightforward and clear.2. Accommodation: This house is perfect for families of groups. As for the families, the home is basically child-proof. The stairs have non-slide stickers on them, there is a gate at the top of the stairs, you can lock the garden gate and patio gate and basically make the whole yard inclosed. They have a bathtub for the kids and a child's table and chair which my daughter loved.The house comes with covered driveway parking and a gate; has an outdoor shower and a gorgeous yard. My daughter loved running around it (totally enclosed!) and playing with the village kitties that visited. There are THREE patios--the upstairs has a nice breeze, the back door covered and the side patio was our favorite. It is walking distance to a beach (with a lot of steps and rocks) and to two great restaurants.3. Experience: Overall, 5/5. It was convenient, quiet and close to everything you need. Would stay here again. The wifi is a little slow, but we were not there for the internet. Everything was clean and well maintained.
