Lovely catch up with friends

Lovely house with plenty of space for everyone. A few small issues with appliances and the cleanliness of the house however for the price it was great. The host’s communication was fantastic sorting any issues very promptly. We would definitely book again.

Our stay at this property was highly disappointing due to several severe maintenance, safety, and amenities issues.Property Condition & Safety Issues:Pre-existing Damage: Upon our arrival, the cinema room table was already broken, and a bedroom bin was damaged.Safety Hazards: There was a broken floor transition piece that posed a safety hazard, injuring the feet of multiple guests and damaging clothing. Additionally, the upstairs washroom mirror was completely broken.Broken Appliances: The refrigerator was non-functional for two full days of our stay, which unfortunately caused all of our purchased groceries to spoil.Amenity & Supply Issues:Inaccurate Amenities: The listing promised portable AC units on-site, but we were only provided with a single fan.Under-Equipped Kitchen: For a house advertised for large groups, the kitchen lacked basic essentials. There were barely enough utensils, no basic condiments, and only one knife, which was entirely dull.Lack of Basics: We were left with no paper towels and an insufficient amount of garbage bags. Clean cleaning tools were not provided; I had to wash a dirty cleaning pad in the sink myself just to clean the floors.Due to the lack of basic essentials, broken amenities, and pre-existing property damage, I cannot recommend this property to future guests.
