THE flat i booked was misrepresented, said it was groundfloor and seaview. It was on the ground floor once one climbed 9 steps and down 7 steps. the 2 bed flat and back terrace enclosed were very presentable and well equipped but the sea could not be seen apart from the front door to the block. the agents were able to relocate us into the one bedroom ground floor onto the paseo , with only a ste p down into the flat which my elderly husband could manage with the aid of his walking stick. the sea view towards Palamos harbour was lovely and though o n the Paseo it was divided from the single lane road by the roadside hedgings. the furnishings and equipment were equally good as the 2 bedroom so it was fortunate that we could swop or we would have claimed for total misrepresentation. As we lived in the area for 15 years till 2016 we were returning for a visit to a lovely area with superb safe beaches.
