This place was absolutely perfect! Short walk to the beach! We used the hot tub every night and the pool was wonderful on windy days. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed a week to see my mom. The property was AMAZING!! The owners thought of everything. Beach wagons, chairs, toys, beach towels, games on patio, games inside, high chair, etc. We only had to walk 2 mins to beach and the pool was a bonus for afternoon swims while kids nap. We will definitely stay again already planning our next trip.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Pearl. Loved the convenience to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything that we needed and had a great set-up. We also had really nice people staying in the unit next door that we chatted with down in the pool/hot tub. There is also nice street side walks going through the neighborhoods and looking at the nice houses around the bay.

Host did not respond to request to see if parking was available day of rental. Interruption by pool/maintenance people while trying to enjoy the outside pool area.

The house was so beautiful and so clean - it felt like a vacation the minute we stepped inside. The location was perfect walking distance to all local coffee and pastry shops, dining and shopping and only two blocks from the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The hosts were very responsive and respectful. The pool is shared with the other attached unit which we knew coming in. The only downfall to this situation was the noise levels from the other renters. They were loud and left the pool are a complete mess. We had to move a lot of their items off chairs and clean up some of the messes just to enjoy the pool. I understand not all renters would be that disrespectful, But overall we had an amazing time. Would definitely go back.

Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay in this Rental ! The location is accurate to a block and a half from the beach! The rental was clean and spacious. The rental is a duplex style rental that is connected to a neighbor which is also a rental unit. Our neighbors happen to be college age or just a little older and we’re up late at night coming and going on the steps, music at the pool and loud at night. We have three kiddos which were hard to get restful with this neighboring noise. The rental mentioned access to a hot tub that would be heated to 85 degrees however was not working during our stay. When I mentioned it to the host, he said that the rental is very new and they’re still trying to work out kinks. With all of that said we would stay in this rental again, but there are a few things that need to be addressed.
