Colosseum Family Art 3BDR - Home and More consists of living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and balcony.

The rooms, equipped with air conditioning hot/ cold, smart flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, are designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

The kitchen is equipped and complete with utensils, dishes and appliances: oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Provided to our guests we provide kettle and coffee machine with pods.

In the apartment there are hairdryer, iron and ironing board, courtesy kit.

The apartment is located in the heart of Colle Oppio, just 800 meters from the Colosseum and the archaeological area of the Roman Forum. The neighborhood, full of restaurants and clubs, is a strategic starting point for a stay in the Eternal City: here there are important Roman archaeological remains and important churches, such as the Basilica of San Clemente.

Here, there is the Park of Colle Oppio, which preserves the remains of the Domus Aurea neroniana and the park of Villa Celimontana.

The apartment is located along the Tram line right on Via Labicana and is also connected by a bus service from Via Merulana and the metro line A, Manzoni just 450mt and the metro line B, Colosseo less than 1km.
