This apartment is situated on the third floor and has lift access up to the communal hallway
The entrance hall has a storage cupboard, suitable for coats and shoes. Two vertical cooling fans are provided within the property.

Living Room Area
This spacious double-height room has a floor to ceiling picture windows with views towards the river
The room is furnished with two sofas side tables, a coffee table, Smart TV with Freeview and Bluetooth speaker

Kitchen
The modern kitchen is open plan with the living room
Amply equipped it offers plenty of storage and worktop space and features an electric oven and grill, an induction hob, a washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher
A range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, kettle and vacuum cleaner

Dining Room/Area
Incorporated into the kitchen with a dining table and four chairs

Master Bedroom
The lovely master bedroom has wonderful sea views. It features a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, mirror, chest of drawers and wardrobe
A hairdryer is provided

This second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds and a chest of drawers with wall mounted TV

Parking
This property doesn't provide its own parking however the Caffa Mill Car Park, lies right below the Blue Mill Apartments building and has weekly tickets available.
Free parking is also available on a first come first served basis opposite Squire's Field on Park Road
Alternatively, a few minutes' walk up to Station Road is where Station Yard Car Park is located. Please note that Cornwall Council tickets cannot be used here, and the Phone and Pay system does not apply

Everything was great, smaller rooms than photos suggest but fine for me. I arrived in the dark, key pad outside was very difficult to see, numbers were faded. Instructions to which apartment were not accurate. Please update check in and instructions of how to find apartment. Thanks Guy for being available on phone!

Fantastic find in a great spot

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. Shower was fantastic, everything was spotless, all items high spec, super comfy beds. The apartment is a short walk to the centre and was lovely and quiet in the evening. Cannot fault it. Only downside is no parking with the apartment but we did park ok most of the time.

Perfect Apartment in the perfect location

I loved this apartment, beautifully presented with everything that you need when away from home. Extremely comfortable, clean, well appointed and to a very high standard. I must also mention the booking team, Mary was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perfect telephone manner and great with all communication. Thank you all for a wonderful break.

Beautiful apartment but don't go if it's due to be hot!!!

We went to Fowey in July this year, during one of the heatwaves. The apartment is beautiful, extremely clean and well appointed, the beds are comfortable and it is in a good location near to the Bodinnick Ferry and about a 10 min walk from town. There is, however, one major drawback. The living room has a very tall 3 section window (overlooking mostly a car park but also the river if you look out at the right angle!). The window is very pretty but......don't go there if it's due to be hot! There is no covering for the top half of the window and so it is impossible to block out the sun. There are also restrictors on the windows so you can only open them a crack which means there is very little airflow. This, unfortunately meant that it was often 10°C hotter in the apartment than it was on the street and although there are a couple of fans, they made minimal difference. We called to complain to the owners and were advised that we couldn't unlock the windows for health and safety reasons but were told that we should prop open the doors for more airflow .... but the doors were fire doors, so this should also have been against health and safety guidelines....and it didn't really make a difference anyway. Thankfully the bedrooms (which did have blinds) were cooler but the living room was quite unbearable and we were unable to spend much time (other than overnight) in the apartment. We would definitely not go back.
