This charming, spacious apartment nestled in a small private estate is an immediate crossroads to Metz Amnéville les thermes Thionville.

A private parking space is available.

Free parking spaces are also available outside the property.

For your comfort on arrival, hotel-quality linen is provided and beds are made.

You'll enjoy 3 large, separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room, the sofa can accommodate 1 person.

A baby cot and high chair are also available.

The Italian-style shower room is very pleasant, and the WC is separate.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and crockery.

The dining/living room can accommodate up to 7 people for relaxed sharing.

You can park in front of the entrance to drop off your luggage, and for parking, there's an 8-space parking lot 100 meters from the apartment on your left towards the village center.

Very nice apartment whit garden

Really nice groundfloor apartment. The garden needs some maintenance to get the name“Eden”. The appartment is very nice, due the walls cool inside. Very clean and got everything you need to make it comfortable. Maybe some information about the wifi and what to find in the neighborhood. Apartment is located next to a big roundabout what gives on daytime pretty much traffic. Inside the house tou do not mention that, when sitting in the garden is another story.

Un avis mitigé

Une location rénovée récemment avec une pièce à vivre, une cuisine et 3 chambres spacieuses, la literie est de plus de très bonne qualité. Il manque quelques petits équipements simples par exemple : petits électroménagers, bols, mugs, étendoir à linge, livret d'accueil, pour en faire une super location bien placée pour les excursions. Pour nous, le gros bémol c'est le jardin qui, lors de notre séjour, n'était pas du tout entretenu (hautes herbes, ronces) et pourtant tenu en bon état, voir bien clôturé pour la sécurité des enfants ce serait vraiment le "Jardin d'Eden" L'arrivée en autonomie est facile et bien expliquée.
