Kallichoron Signature Villa is the newest addition to the personalized services offered by Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel. Thoughtfully designed by Greek interior designer Kosmas Karavas and the Pirée Lab Π District, this fully renovated luxury residence offers a harmonious blend of eco-living, authentic island elements, and modern interior design trends. With a commitment to sustainability, it promises to provide an unforgettable hospitality experience while respecting both simplicity and privacy.

Located in the heart of Chora, as central as it gets, the villa offers the perfect balance of convenience and seclusion. Within a 5-meter radius, guests will find a supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, grocery store, gym, and the Municipal parking area. Yet, it also provides a peaceful retreat, ensuring privacy and tranquility.

The villa, spanning 100 square meters, can accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring two en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. It overlooks Chora, the Aegean Sea, and the iconic windmills, providing breathtaking views from every angle.

Designed with sustainable materials, Kallichoron Signature Villa embraces eco-conscious living, blending unique works of art and luxurious amenities. These include bathrobes, slippers, and high-quality organic toiletries.
