Villa Thalissa is a large beachfront villa for vacation rental in Puglia, perfect for large groups of friends and family groups as, with its 4 units, it offers up to 20 beds.
The villa stands in front of San Vito beach, an equipped beach only 5 km away from Taranto.
In
addition to the swimming pool and equipped solarium, the villa is full
of accessories and amenities that make it an exclusive property, such as
the Jacuzzi hot tub on the terrace overlooking the beach.

ping pong table, bicycles, barbecue, garage, gym, outdoor shower, TV,
mosquito nets, hair dryer, kitchen complete with electric oven,

families in Taranto, in an exclusive beachfront area south of the city.
Villa Thalissa has a large pool area equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing, and manicured hedges that provide privacy.
On the terrace overlooking the beach is a rejuvenating mini Jacuzzi whirlpool pool.
The villa consists of 4 building bodies: the main structure arranged on two levels, and 3 two-room annexes with private bathrooms, sleeping 2 to 4 people each.
The main villa on the ground floor consists of 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, and on the second floor of 1 quad room with double bed + sofa bed for two people and en suite bathroom.
Large living room and well-equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor.

Villa Thalissa is located in Lizzano,
just opposite the beach of San Vito. The location is only a few
minutes` drive from the center of Taranto and all major services.
Taranto
is a historic city with a rich cultural offer, a beautiful historic
center, the swing bridge, museums, churches, traditions all to be
discovered, typical cuisine taverns and shopping streets that can
satisfy all needs.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October. Opening of the pool in low season euro 600.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
