Perfect Location!

This was the perfect condo for our group of 6 which included myself, my wife, our two boys (ages 9 and 11) and my wife's mom and dad. The condo had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking meals and relaxing in the living room or on the deck. And if you don't want to cook, there are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance or you can take the free shuttle which is just steps from the condo. We really enjoyed being so close to Gondola Square, there is always something fun happening there! Our host was attentive and responsive to our requests during our stay. I would highly recommend this spot!

Great Family Vacation - Steps Away From Gondola

Great and well maintained property that suited our family’s ski vacation. A few steps away (literally) from Steamboat base area. We cannot wait to return.

Good location!

We definitely would book this condo again. The kitchen has everything you need, very complete!!Beds are very comfortable. Sheets and towels are new and good.An easy and very short walk to restaurants, a convenient store and city bus stop.The location is great for skiers. The condo is a 3 minute walk from Steamboat gondola. Skiing in when gets close to the condo is very narrow and not defined, but it is such an easy and short walk between the condo and the slopes that didn’t matter to us.For the ones going to Stars Adaptive Recreation Program, their office is a 2 minute easy walk from the condo. Not sure if condo/ building it is a wheelchair accessible since there are a few steps to access and exit the condo. This property is well maintained!

Everything was fantastic. The home was well stocked with everything you need. Tons of cookware, a crockpot, spices, coffee, etc. It was super clean and comfortable and super close to the slopes and in the heart of the village.

Great find!

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights in August. The property is perfectly located for accessing the gondola and Steamboat Square, as well as nearby restaurants and a great neighborhood store. The unit itself is thoughtfully appointed, with attention to every detail. The kitchen is fully supplied and equipped for most anything you would want to prepare. We were comfortable throughout our stay with the climate control in the unit. I enjoyed coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings on the patio, watching the world go by! Melissa is warm, responsive, and helpful with any and all questions. We extended our stay this visit, and wound not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Place/Location!

Our original reservation (at a different place) was canceled 2 days before our arrival and Melissa was awesome working with us last minute. The place was very clean, quiet, great size/layout and the AC worked perfectly (it was a hot July weekend when we visited). The location was perfect to walk to base mountain restaurants/activities and the free shuttle is very close. Great stay and great hosts. All communications were very clear. We will be back!

Great place to stay!

What a beautiful place to stay in steamboat. The location was perfect right next to the gondola and close to shops. Super clean place filled with amenities. The communication with the owner was superb and always prompt in responding. Will certainly be staying here again.

Spring Break

Condo was fantastic. We have three children (7,9,12) and the second bedroom with the bunk and separate bed was perfect. It is a two minute walk to the base. Condo is right in the middle of everything you would need for the week. I highly recommend.

Perfect location and great condo

We loved the location of the condo being just steps from the gondola, ski village and restaurants. Condo is very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Ski locker and hot tub were nice amenities, and super close bus station to town and little market were also convenient. The owner was super responsive and helpful with all our needs. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Wonderful Stay

We had Mimi and kids. It was a super convenient location for those of us that skied steps to the gondola and lifts. Also near the shuttle buses for convenient trips to restaurants and shops downtown.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our time here. The location is wonderful and property owners are very thorough in providing needed information. Hot tubs were a great plus after each day of skiing.

We bought our vacation getaway in Steamboat in the. fall of 2017 and love sharing it with our family, friends, and vacation rental guests. We live in Flower Mound, TX, just outside of Dallas. It has been our dream to own a place of our own in Colorado, and after one trip to Steamboat we fell in love with the people, the abundance of outdoor activities, the small town mountain vibe, and the beauty of the area. We have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren who are our pride and joy. We love all outdoor activities, especially with the beauty of the Rocky Mountains as the backdrop. Our goal is to provide a vacation rental that you will want to return to again and again!

We began a major renovation the property in the fall of 2017. Each year we look for ways to update and enhance the property in ways that will make our guests feel at home.. We chose this property because of the convenient location on the mountain with access to skiing, hiking, biking, restaurants, and shopping, right outside the door. It is not unusual to see local wildlife on the property, including moose, deer, and bears. You will have direct access to us as the owners, as well as a local property manager for any urgent needs during your stay.

Whether you are coming to Steamboat for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, tubing, or to marvel at the beauty of the fall foliage, this is your place! Park your car in the covered parking and leave the driving to the free city shuttle that stops right outside the door or the complimentary shuttle.. From the brick fireplace to the wood ceilings, rustic decor, and the stream that runs past the property, it has the comfy, cozy feeling you are looking for in a Colorado vacation rental.
