We bought our vacation getaway in Steamboat in the. fall of 2017 and love sharing it with our family, friends, and vacation rental guests. We live in Flower Mound, TX, just outside of Dallas. It has been our dream to own a place of our own in Colorado, and after one trip to Steamboat we fell in love with the people, the abundance of outdoor activities, the small town mountain vibe, and the beauty of the area. We have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren who are our pride and joy. We love all outdoor activities, especially with the beauty of the Rocky Mountains as the backdrop. Our goal is to provide a vacation rental that you will want to return to again and again!

We began a major renovation the property in the fall of 2017. Each year we look for ways to update and enhance the property in ways that will make our guests feel at home.. We chose this property because of the convenient location on the mountain with access to skiing, hiking, biking, restaurants, and shopping, right outside the door. It is not unusual to see local wildlife on the property, including moose, deer, and bears. You will have direct access to us as the owners, as well as a local property manager for any urgent needs during your stay.

We chose this particular location for its proximity to all of the amenities ourselves and our guests would expect in a mountain getaway. Whether you are coming to Steamboat for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, tubing, or to marvel at the beauty of the fall foliage, this is your place! Park your car in the covered parking and leave the driving to the free city shuttle that stops right outside the door or the complimentary shuttle..
