Scenic Theux Retreat with Pool & Garden.

Tucked into the scenic hills of Theux, this modern 5-bedroom villa offers a luxurious retreat for up to 9 guests. Ideal for families or groups, the home features a private outdoor swimming pool (open June 15-Sept 15) and a furnished garden with terrace perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Inside, the villa boasts a spacious sitting room with a fireplace, central heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a high chair. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, with en-suite bathrooms, and there's plenty of entertainment with table football, board games, and a cozy dining area. Parking is provided on-site. Located just 100 m from the forest, the villa is close to hiking and cycling trails, the caves of Remouchamps (14 km), PlopsaCoo amusement park (28 km), and cross-country skiing in Ovifat. Restaurants and supermarkets are just 3 km away. Please note: charging electric vehicles, golf carts, or e-bikes is strictly prohibited due to fire risk.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
