This beautiful villa in Oliva, Valencia, offers the perfect beach getaway close to the Spanish coast, ideal for families or groups. Situated within walking distance (800m) to the sea, it provides easy access to sandy shores and stunning views. Guests can also enjoy the wellness center at the nearby Oliva Nova resort, which features an indoor pool and sauna for ultimate relaxation. Conveniently located just 500 meters from restaurants and supermarkets within the resort, the villa allows you to savor local cuisine and stock up on essentials with ease. Nearby attractions include the City of Arts and Sciences, Central Market, and L'Oceanogràfic, making it a great base for exploring Valencia's cultural highlights. The villa is equipped with a kitchen featuring a coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave for easy meal prep. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, ensuring comfort during the warm summers. Outdoor amenities include a balcony for morning coffee and a barbecue area for lively dinners. An on-site carport completes this comfortable, convenient holiday home.
