Our rustic-modern holiday apartment can accommodate up to 5 people – with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sunny balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and lovingly furnished.

Located directly on the ski slope (only 150 meters to the free ski bus!), it is the perfect starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and more. In summer, hiking, biking, climbing, mountaineering, or a visit to the nearby Wagrain Water World adventure pool beckon – free for our guests with the Wagrain Card!

A playground, barbecue facilities, e-bike rental, a high ropes course, and the Wagrain-Kleinarl climbing world are all nearby. The quiet, sunny location on the outskirts of Kleinarl – surrounded by nature – ensures true relaxation.
