With thoughtful touches, comfortable furnishings, and all the essentials for an easy stay, this apartment makes you feel at home the moment you arrive.

A 55-inch Smart TV with Sky, Netflix, and Amazon Prime invites quiet evenings in, while books and reading material offer an unplugged moment of rest. Soft lighting and plush seating create a cozy setting to relax, talk, or simply enjoy the hum of the neighborhood below.



Kitchen & dining

Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee maker. Cooking basics and dining ware are provided, making it easy to share breakfast or a relaxed dinner around the six-seater table. The open layout keeps everyone connected, whether you’re cooking, dining, or working in the dedicated workspace nearby.



Sleeping arrangements

Two comfortable king-size bedrooms await on the upper level, each offering quiet space and restful privacy. One bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in waterfall shower, while the other features a walk-in wardrobe-style storage area. Both are fitted with blackout shades, soft cotton linens, and essential comforts to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a spacious shower. Bathroom essentials, towels, and toiletries are provided, along with a hair dryer and hot water for a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day.

Long-term parking can be arranged upon request for extended stays.

Organica Residence is a duplex apartment laid out across two floors. Please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible via stairs only, so keep this in mind if you have mobility considerations.

Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:

The apartment is located on the edge of the Gay Village, positioned conveniently between both Piccadilly and Oxford Road train stations.



There are several off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. There is a pay and display car park 30m from the development, where it costs est. £25.00 daily to park. The full address of this car park is as follows: NCP, Sackville St, Manchester M1 3LY. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). Alternative, longer-term parking at a more preferable rate may be arranged for you upon enquiry.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 4th floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website.
