What a great value!

Spotless, comfortable, roomy and just off the highway. And dog friendly! Fit the bill for us perfectly. Everything we needed to cook/grill at home when we wanted to.

Great location for national parks + charging our tesla

We had a great stay and we were able to charge our electric car. Close to arches and canyonlands.

Utah adventuring

Visiting for moab rocks mtb race and wanted to stay away from town. Thompson springs is a nice scenic 30 minute drive from moab and offers solitude and dark skies. Great gravel riding routes in the book cliffs right out of the driveway.

Family Vacation

Stayed at this location on a family road trip. One of the best stays I’ve ever had while traveling. Gorgeous views, peaceful property, and great proximity to national parks and Moab. Check in/out was simple. Incredibly well stocked location. We would definitely stay here again

Cozy, Clean, Affordable

Had a good stay. Tge place was very clean and gave decent accessibility to all the Moab area parks. Check out Thompson canyon. It's a neat little excursion right from town.

Great location to visit Arches and Canyonlands National Parks

Property was very clean and provided all needed amenities. Everything was fine except couldn't get toaster to work.

Enjoyable stay

Was a good place for a home base as we explored the red rock canyons and arches. Was pretty well stocked with linens and kitchen essentials. Pleased with the cost of the rental. The manager was extremely helpful with the few hiccups we had and checked in with us that everything was ok. Would stay here again.

Very cute, quiet and convenient place to stay

This property was a great place just off I-70 near so many awesome parks ! I truly enjoyed the convenience. It was a peaceful, enjoyable place. Nice and cozy with lots of amenities. Loved the wood deck too. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again. Thank you, Teresa

Ballard RV Park Stay

Our stay at the Ballard RV Park was wonderful. Perfect location for visits to Arches, Canyonland and Moab. The Catalina Park Model was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. Directions and communication was spot on. Thank you!

Great RV experience for non-RV owners

The RV park and our RV rental was one of the best stays of a two week trip. The property was clean, well organized and easily accessible. Bonus was the proximity to Arches and other parks. We were the only couple of four who don’t have a RV so having an option to stay on property with them was great! Much better than a hotel!

Our visit to the Moab area...

The property was just as described. 2 nights to be able to cook home cooked meals and catch up on laundry. Good location while visiting Arches and Canyonlands!

Eh.

It was a large space, no doubt. But extremely spartan on the inside. This place wasn't cheap. A nice lounge chair or two would have made it a nice place to stay. Everyone's different. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great stay away in quiet RV park

Our trip was centered around off-road motorcycling. Ballard had immediate access to great trails and easy access to many, many others. Park model RV was just enough room for us to cook, rest and restore. Parking was generous enough to accommodate our truck and 4 motorcycles and small trailer. Park was super quiet and staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again and definitely recommend.

Near arches

An awesome and comfortable RV- all the amenities and no inconveniences. The host really cares that you have a great experience. A 30-40 minute drive to downtown and/or arches national park. RV park is quiet- everyone is super respectful.

Comfortable

All listed amenities were available, including wifi. It was my first time staying in an RV. No issues whatsoever. Clear directions were provided ahead of time and with a notebook in the RV. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again. Reasonable price and within 30min of Moab.

That's why i prefer the slow and quiet pace of Thompson Springs ,which is only 30 minutes north of Moab and Arches National Park. Ballard RV park is small enough to be quaint and friendly.
