Sitting room with smart TV, sofa and armchair seating, leading through to second reception room; ideal as a play area with games provided and/or a workspace with desk.
Kitchen & Dining Area leading through french doors to an enclosed garden:
Kitchen with electric double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, Delonghi Bean to Cup Coffee Machine, Washer/Dryer, microwave and boiling hot tap.
Dining table with bench seating, chairs and stools seating 8, with highchair provided.

First Floor
Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) in King size bed
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) in King size bed or Bunk bed room (Do contact us in advance of your stay to advise which room you would like made up for your stay)
Bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower, WC and single washbasin

Fully enclosed garden with private rear gate access, dining table seating 8, bench, BBQ and outdoor hot shower.
