Welcome to a large, lovely house with an absolutely fantastic location! You have your own lake plot and scenic surroundings in Bellö, Småland. The balcony is located between the house and the lake, so with the best view in the area, it may very well be that you never want to leave the house. There is a large table for the whole party on the spacious balcony, where you can spend lovely summer days with advantage. A rowing boat is included in the rent between 1/5-30/10 and life jackets are available to borrow. On level 1 there is the large, spacious kitchen, which is adjacent to the living room, where the large dining area is located. All with the same fantastic view as the balcony. Exit to the balcony is here and it is easy to socialize while preparing for example. a meal. A house made for lovely evenings together with good food! Should you visit the cottage in slightly colder weather, you can sit on the sofas in front of the stove and enjoy the warmth and the view of the lake at the same time. (firewood is brought by the guest) Please note that the central heating is switched off during the summer period. On the first floor there is also the bedroom with the best view, with a double bed in it (180). Next to it is a bedroom with a bunk bed. A spacious and fresh bathroom, also located on floor 1, here there is also a tumble dryer and washing machine. The upper floor, which is an attic floor, has a pitched roof and a slightly lower ceiling height, but is large and spacious. There is another living room here, for example if you want to divide the group into a cozy movie for the children and a glass of wine and conversation for the adults downstairs. Here is also the third bedroom with a 140 bed for 1-2 people and two single beds. Here there is plenty of room for everyone if you are traveling with 8 people, and good opportunities to sleep a little more separately if you were to travel with two groups together. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. It is not permitted to charge electric cars/hybrid cars at the cabin. Smoking and pets are prohibited. In addition to your own jetty, you have two larger swimming areas in the immediate area. The municipal bathing area is a few hundred meters away and has a beach, jetty, swimming raft, playground, fireplace and the "Sun Kiosk" which is open when the weather is nice. Feel free to take beneficial walks in beautiful forest and nature. A visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular with children. You can also visit Astrid Lindgren's childhood home Näs, Emil's Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund is the film village where filming environments from classic films by Astrid Lindgren can be experienced. In the moose park in Skullaryd, you can go on a tractor safari, experience and feed moose and deer in their natural environment. Eksjö with Sweden's best preserved wooden town is well worth a visit.
