Upstairs and laid out over two floors, the cottage's four bedrooms are light, bright and contemporary, with three bathrooms to ensure there's no waiting in line to de-sand after your day at the beach.

The gorgeous sandy beaches of Porthmeor and Porthminster lie within a ten-minute walk from the front door so for those in search of a holiday filled with swimming, surfing and sunbathing, it's ideal. Nearby, the South West Coast Path offers even more opportunity for outdoorsy escapades, with the walk to Clodgy Point offering views right across the bay en-route. Carbis Bay is also easily reached on foot, and this section of the coast path affords more stunning sea views in the other direction. For families looking to keep the younger members of the clan entertained, Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary and Jungle Barn indoor play centre are less than 20 minutes' drive, and for those with older children in tow, Coast 2 Coast Karting (also less than 20 minutes' drive) is a fun-fuelled day out.
