This spacious and modern Skanlux activity holiday home is located just 900 meters from the sandy beach at Ostsee Resort Olpenitz, making it ideal for a family vacation. The house features a luxurious pool area with an 18 m² swimming pool, water slide, built-in spa, and sauna for 4–6 people. A counter-current system allows for daily swim workouts followed by relaxation. The home is divided into two sleeping wings, each with its own bathroom, plus an additional bathroom in the pool area. Underfloor heating throughout ensures comfort in every season. The tastefully furnished living and dining area includes a stereo system, flat-screen TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa lounge, and wood-burning stove. There are seven bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements and a spacious sleeping loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with two stoves, ovens, coffee machines, and dishwashers. The activity room offers billiards, table tennis, darts, PlayStation 4, and table football. A cozy bar with a fridge invites guests to relax after a day of fun. Outdoors, children can enjoy a swing, slide, and sandbox, while adults unwind on the furnished terraces—16 m² of which are covered—and enjoy a barbecue.
