A nice cottage in a very nice cottage area with walking distance to "Läjet's fine beach and the picturesque harbour. An accommodation that is perfect for the large family. You have everything you need within easy reach. A short trip by bus or car takes you to the lovely summer town of Varberg. In the cottage there is an open kitchen with everything you need. The spacious living room has comfortable seating, a large dining table and a modern TV. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Two bedrooms have double beds, one with a 140cm bed. Another bedroom has two single beds. In the annex with external entrance there is a bunk bed and a double bed (140 cm). The cottage is for 7 people, but upon request additional people can be admitted. From the living room you come out to a large covered terrace with a dining table. There is also a "party cooler" here. There are more patios with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The plot is large and surrounded by greenery. The lawn has room for all the family's activities. In Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor there is a restaurant, pizzeria, street kitchen, mini-golf and the very popular ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people like to queue up to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice swimming beach here. Just south of is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will immediately reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Varbergs Gk, the western course.
