Sun Terrace Home is a cosy and functional apartment, ideal for families, couples and friends seeking comfort and style a short distance from the sea. Located on the ground floor, with no stairs, its true strength is the large private terrace, organised like a small oasis where you can alternate relaxation and outdoor activities.
Inside, you are welcomed by a practical and well-organised living area, with a sofa and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and everything essential for cooking, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or dinners with company. The terrace is conveniently connected to the living area, making eating outside incredibly simple.
The terrace is the heart of the house and offers well-defined spaces. There is a relaxation area with comfortable seating for reading or sipping a drink, a dining area with a table for outdoor dining, and a private fitness area equipped with a punch bag, dumbbells, and a pull-up bar, ideal for training even on holiday. For adventure lovers, on request and for an additional fee, a kayak is also available to explore nearby waters.
The night area is designed to ensure rest and privacy. The master bedroom with a king-size bed is quiet and comfortable, while in the basement area there is a double sofa bed, perfect for hosting two more people in a practical way.
The bathroom is complete with WC, bidet and shower cubicle, with welcome kit and towel set for each guest.
As provided for by Italian public safety regulations, before arrival all guests must complete the identification procedure through our secure check-in system. The procedure may include entering identity document details and an identity verification. Guests will also be required to sign the lease agreement and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax. The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents in the guest's name.
