Tastefully decorated, this lovely 40m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

It is located on the 1st floor and has an elevator.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery to make a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom is a pleasant space with a double bed and a wardrobe and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Situated in the heart of Aveiro, the União de freguesias Glória and Vera Cruz encompasses some of the city's most important historical, cultural, and commercial areas. Glória and Vera Cruz boast rich historical backgrounds, and their merger has created a parish with a profound cultural heritage. Key landmarks include the stunning Aveiro Cathedral (Sé de Aveiro) and numerous other historic buildings and churches.

The parish is a hub for cultural events, hosting a variety of festivals, exhibitions, and traditional celebrations that reflect its vibrant history and traditions. The Carnaval de Aveiro is a viral event that draws visitors from near and far.

Several museums and art galleries within the parish showcase Aveiro's history, art, and culture. The Museu de Aveiro, housed in a former convent, is noteworthy among these, which offers a fascinating glimpse into the past.

The picturesque canals in the Vera Cruz area, complete with traditional police boats, are a significant tourist attraction. These boats now provide scenic tours, allowing visitors to experience Aveiro's unique waterways firsthand.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro, is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
