Yes all ages are accepted provided they are staying with an adult over 18

• Is smoking allowed?
Strictly NO smoking in the apartments and all ancillary terraces and/or common parts. If you want to smoke, you must completely leave the building. You will automatically forfeit your deposit if you are found smoking on the premises.

• Are there washing facilities?
There are washing facilities in your apartment including washing machine and tumble drier.

• Can the beds be separated into twin beds?
Yes the King bed ONLY can be separated into twins. Guests must request this before check-in and receive confirmation we are able to prepare this in advance of arrival before it is confirmed.

• Please note we will check the passport of the person who booked upon arrival.
