peaceful home near historic town
We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home near the historic town of Civitanova. From the very start, the host was very responsive and helpful. It was obviously very important to him, that we had a pleasant stay. Even when we arrived late on the first day, he and his parents gave us a very warm welcome and patiently explained us everything.
We were the only guests that week, so parking was easy with plenty of space available. Both bedrooms were spacious and offered very nice views. The facilities were very good, with two bathrooms and two A/C units, which kept the living room and bedroom comfortable during our stay. However, it was more difficult to keep the second bedroom and kitchen cool. The building has been recently renovated, giving it a modern feel. At the time of our stay, there was no WiFi available, so plan accordingly if you need internet access.
The location is fantastic if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. The home is directly adjacent to the historic town of Civitanova, and the sea is just a short drive away. We loved how quiet it was at night, so everyone had a restful sleep every night. On the downside, there aren't any shops in the direct vicinity, which makes it necessary to drive into town to get groceries. There's a laundromat within walking distance, which was very convenient.
