An additional guest toilet is conveniently located on the ground floor. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious dining area is perfect for family and friends dinners. The stylish living room, with its comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV, is an ideal spot to unwind and relax. Outdoors there's a dining area with a BBQ grill, and a swimming pool (45m2), surrounded by comfortable sun loungers where you can soak up the sun. The entire property is located on a 1500 m2 plot. The pool can be heated on request for an additional fee of €25/day.
