The Space:

This spacious and inviting villa welcomes you with an elegant entrance that leads to the living area, featuring a large dining room perfect for gatherings. At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with fresh, local ingredients sourced during your adventures in the region.

The villa boasts three cozy and tranquil double bedrooms, each designed to offer maximum comfort. An additional bedroom on the ground floor features a sofa bed, providing flexibility for extra guests. With three bathrooms—one ensuite, one shared, and one on the ground floor—there’s ample space for everyone to unwind in privacy and convenience. The home comfortably accommodates six guests in the main bedrooms but can host up to eight when using the sofa bed, making it perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.

If you arrive by car, you’ll drive through scenic lanes among vineyards to reach the house — parking is available and the location lies outside busy traffic zones, offering calm evenings. The town of Neive is under ten minutes away by car, where regular bus services connect you to Alba (around 15–20 minutes away) and the main train station. For air travel, Turin-Caselle and Genoa airports are reachable in roughly 60–90 minutes, Malpensa in less than 2 hours. Everyday needs are covered locally with groceries and cafés just minutes away, and exploring the wider Langhe—vineyard tours, wine tastings, and scenic drives—is truly effortless from this base. Whether you’re chasing wine, nature or relaxed rhythms, you’ll find this location both peaceful and strategically connected.
