Overall the property was very nice. The primary bed is hard as a rock. I’ve traveled thousands of days for work and one of, if not the, most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever used. One golf cart issue: the drivers mirror won’t stay in place.

It's really close to a bunch of golf courses - both executive and championship, and closest to Brownwood. Not too far to drive south either past Brownwood to 5 more executive courses on the other side of the turnpike. Downhome took care of us during our stay and they were especially helpful when a couple problems arose. Thank you to the owners and property managers!

Very pleasant stay

Great home in a great location. Halfway between Brownwood and Sumpter Landing. The home is well equipped and well maintained. Came with a golf cart and BBQ. We purchased a home in the Villages while there or we would definitely rent here again.

Great home-great location

1725 Waterbury is a wonderful corner lot and a huge courtyard property to boot. This beautifully decorated home is centrally located right in the middle of all the action in The Villages. When down time is needed, the big, private courtyard is the perfect place to sun, read or grill. There is not much this home doesn't offer. It is well stocked with about anything you are going to need for your stay. One thing that really impressed us was the 3rd bedroom equipped with a queen size Murphy bed. Most units have a pull out couch...so uncomfortable. This bed was stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend this rental home. You will not be disappointed.

Reviewer Comments: 1725 Waterbury place is a wonderful home on a corner lot with a huge Courtyard to boot this residence is centrally located and is only a very short golf cart ride( provided with rental) to Brownwood Square, one of 3 town squares, where all the excitement happens in The Villages. When down time is needed,this home has a huge courtyard to chill out...reading, sunning or grilling on the propane grill the owner provides. This residence is fully stocked with almost anything you could think of. This three-bedroom is exceptional in that the master bedroom has a king bed and both additional bedrooms are fitted with queen size beds, one being a very stylish Murphy bed that is as comfortable as any regular bed. This rental gets two thumbs up. It will not disappoint in any way.
