This impressive apartment is situated in a prime location, just a few minutes' walk from Playa de Las Américas and Playa de Troya. This property is ideal for couples and business travellers, with capacity for up to two people. The property comprises a bedroom with two single beds joined together, forming a double bed, a modern bathroom with shower, and a large open space with a fully equipped kitchenette, living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, a 42" TV, and fibre WiFi. It also offers direct access to the beautiful terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast or relax in the company of a good book. Furthermore, the residential complex boasts a magnificent communal swimming pool and all the necessary services.In summary, this property is an excellent choice for a memorable holiday in the south of Tenerife, with convenient access to explore the island and its attractions. The flat is equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen, including: refrigerator, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, juicer, hand blender, and other appliances. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a hairdryer, iron, washing machine, towels, sheets, and other essentials.

Please note that access to the property is via stairs only, with no lift available.

Please be advised that the property is not suitable for babies.

The complex swimming pool is temporarily unavailable.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Appartement correct ,propre,bien équipé à proximité de la plage et des commerces,par contre pas de wifi dès notre arrivée et signalé plusieurs fois,rétabli le vendredi soir alors que nous partions le dimanche matin (pas d,abonnement je pense !!)l’agence home2book nous disant que le problème venait de l’extérieur !De plus la machine à laver le linge ne fonctionnait pas l’eau arrivait à la pompe mais ne dissolvait pas la lessive qui a taché mon linge et n’essorait pas!!Un technicien est passé,a confirmé que la courroie était cassée mais machine non réparée ni changée !!Nous étions là pour 13jours et avions apporté peu de linge !L’environnement correct dans la résidence vieillotte l’est beaucoup moins quand on regarde autour de la residence(détritus en bas de l,appartement)et le bruit sonore des bars qui diffusent des matchs de foot en anglais et de la musique en permanence de 21h a 3hdu matin(voir plus!)Tout cela a été signalé avec photos a l’appui a l’agence sans réponses de leur part et sans aucune compensation !!Alors ça me désole en rentrant de vacances de gaspiller mon énergie mais si ces renseignements servent à ne pas prendre les touristes pour des imbeciles et des pièges à fric!! 1300 euros pour 13 jours

Regarding the wifi, we completely understand how important it is for our guests. Unfortunately, the issue was beyond our control, as it required intervention from an external internet provider. While it took longer than we would have liked, we can confirm that the problem has now been fully resolved. As for the washing machine, after the technician's visit, it was determined that the issue was a major malfunction. For this reason, it was removed and replaced with a new one to ensure future guests do not experience the same inconvenience. We also regret that the surrounding environment did not meet your expectations. While we do not have control over external factors, we truly appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.
