Located in a peaceful, green setting near Vodnjan, this newly built villa offers everything you need for a high-end holiday – surrounded by calm, comfort, and style.Spanning 240 m² of carefully designed interior space, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five air-conditioned and elegantly furnished bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while two are on the upper level. Each room features its own modern private bathroom, and two of the rooms offer direct access to a private terrace or balcony, providing personal space and a tranquil view of the garden.The spacious air-conditioned living room is perfect for relaxing afternoons or cozy evenings with your favorite shows.
