Villa Jessica - Salento Reservation is a wonderful newly renovated semi-detached villa consisting of two adjacent apartments: Apartment Jessica No.1 on the raised ground floor and Apartment Jessica No.2 in the basement. Both apartments guarantee a stay of complete relaxation without compromising on comfort, in a strategic location to easily reach all the most famous destinations in Salento. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. It is located in Marina di Mancaversa, just 1 km from the sea, characterized by a low cliff with easy access where bathing is widely practiced, and is a short distance from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni, as well as being equidistant from the paradisiacal beaches of Gallipoli.
The villa consists of three units, ideal for hosting three families who want to spend their holidays together but also maintain some separation of spaces, or for a group of friends.
Inside Villa Jessica, nothing is left to chance, and everything is carefully designed down to the smallest detail. It also offers every comfort, including air conditioning, a washing machine, and a parking space.
From the property, it is easy to reach the sea and the equipped beach resorts of Gallipoli (just a few minutes by car).

Please note: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linens and towels, a breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, and check-in/check-out services.

A baby cot is available for an additional fee of €42.00.
Small pets are welcome for a small supplement of €50.00.
Additional towel set: €18.00 per person.

For check-ins and check-outs outside the indicated time slots, upon customer request and prior approval, an additional fee is required:

For check-ins between 10:00 PM and midnight: €50.00 extra
For check-ins between midnight and 7:00 AM: €100.00 extra

For early check-outs, upon customer request and prior approval, an additional fee of €30.00 is required for check-outs between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. .
