Fully connected with both electricity and calor gas hot water heating and cooking. Food shopping, Hot takeaways, cafes, breakfasts and fine pub dining is a mile and a half away together with a diesel and petrol station. Castle Drogo, Okehampton castle and Exeter Cathedral is not far away and there is easy access to beaches including in North Devon and Cornwall.
There is a dining table with a kitchen including a kettle, toaster and microwave and a area for seating with TV. The bathroom has a small half bath and shower. All designed for a comfortable stay. No Children or Dogs.
