Charming farmhouse surrounded by nature with salt-water pool near Toulouse

The Mas de Nebrouze is a family farmhouse located in deep countryside at the base of the Montagne Noir - a small mountain range with charming villages, markets, lakes and nature trails. The house is one of four dwellings on a private family estate that's surrounded by trees, fields and woods - making it ideal for nature lovers and families. Use it as a base to explore this forgotten part of Southern France, or simply kick back and enjoy the pool, views and a slower pace of life.

Upstairs the house has three generous bedrooms:
- the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite shower/toilet
- a second bedroom with king-size bed
- a third bedroom with a standard double bed that's very low to the floor, making it suitable for small children. This room also has a large cot in it.

Downstairs you'll find a:
- fully kitted out kitchen
- brand new family bathroom with bathtub
- generous living room with large wood-burning stove
- dining/games room with a projector and record player
- sofa-bed in the dining/games room that can be used for x2 extra guests. Please be aware that the sound insulation between this room and the one upstairs (the master bedroom) could be improved. for this reason we don't recommend using the sofa bed for more than a couple of nights at a time.

Outside we have:
- a secure (full perimeter fence) salt-water swimming pool with a large patio terrace
- up to three dining areas; next to the kitchen, in front of the house, on the wooden decking area and/or on the patio next to the pool
- two paddocks for exploring!
