🌿 Large shared courtyard with canopy — relax, read, or enjoy the outdoors.

Please remember that the hallways are shared spaces. A smile, quiet steps, and keeping it clean make the place pleasant for everyone.

Parking Information:
Paid parking is available off-premises from March 1st until October 31st.
( if you give us your license plate we can get you a discount for 8 euro a day at the Hoge Hilt).
Free parking from November 1st until February 28th.

🏛 Authentic wooden floors — some noise may be heard due to the building’s character.
🚿 Large and functional shower. The bathroom is a bit older but works perfectly.
🚫 Unregistered guests are not allowed. Regular checks are conducted for security and comfort.
🐶 €15 per dog per night.
🧹 Weekly cleaning is mandatory for longer stays (small additional fee).
💶 A separate tourist tax will be charged and must be paid before check-in.
❓ We live nearby and are happy to help anytime!
⚠️ We don’t speak German (Deutsch), but you can communicate with us in English or Dutch.
🎥 For everyone’s safety, security cameras are installed in exterior/common areas only — never inside the unit.

Die Lage ist toll aber das Zimmer entspricht nicht im geringsten den Bildern. Das Zimmer stankt leider sehr nach Hund. Schade für die tolle Location.
