Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet

Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request)

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for the wood burner included. Cot and high chair available. Wi-fi available.. Enclosed front paved and gravel patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Visit England 4 Star.. Quietly situated in a rural position within the grounds of the owners working farm, this delightful holiday home is a recent barn conversion which offers delightful accommodation spanning two levels. Large windows in the lounge and kitchen overlook the farm with wonderful views beyond, whilst the master bedroom has been carefully planned and provides views over the North York Moors National Park. The surrounding area has lots to offer with excellent walking and hiking direct from the door. Shop and pub 3 miles, restaurant 1 mile.

We absolutely loved staying at the Old Granary Cottage,it had open plan living downstairs which was so comfortable and spacious the kitchen area had everything you needed,upstairs there were 3 bedrooms 2 with Kingsize beds and the main bedroom was en-suite,the views from the cottage we’re stunning it’s on a working farm so you get to live amongst it all also it snowed while we stayed it just added to the beautiful scenery like a picture post cardIt is just so peaceful away from everything but Scarborough was a 10 minute drive away with all the amenities you need with Bridlington and Filey not much further.The hosts are so friendly and helpful we just can’t recommend the stay more highly in fact we’ve booked to stay again
