Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available. . Enclosed garden with patio area. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. New Bakery is located within the small development of Crawley Dene, a newly built cluster of pretty stone-built cottages situated on the southern edge of the welcoming village of Powburn. The accommodation is well presented throughout and the master bedroom boasts the convenience of an extra TV and en-suite facilities. Patio doors in the lounge maximises its bright and pleasant ambience and lead into a patio garden, ideal to relax and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. The nearest pub is about 100 yards from the cottage and there is a small shop just 400 yards away.

Great location

Overall the property was clean, well presented and in a good location. The water pressure was poor but this wasn't a major issue for us. The kitchen was small but fairly well equipped.

Reall enjoyed our stay, beautiful house, very small village with just a garage that serves a number of functions, on a busy road which is quieter during the night. only 1 thing in the house to note water pressure was weaker than we would like but we managed ok.Lovely area to visit, enjoyed our stay :)
