This delightful 119m2 house offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing village.

As you enter the property, you will come across the garage, a space outside with a few parking spots, a dining table, and a service bathroom.

Once you access the house, you'll find the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and includes essential cookware, an oven, a microwave, and a cooking plate.

As you go up the stairs, you'll find a lovely hall with a TV and a convertible bed that turns into two single beds. Along the corridor are two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds each and a complete bathroom.

There is also a beautiful outdoor space where guests can enjoy their meals outside in the sunlight and a gorgeous terrace with sun loungers.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

There are also several beaches just a few kilometers away that are ideal for water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, and surfing. Vila Praia de Âncora beach is 5 kilometers away, while Afife and Moledo beaches are 12 minutes away by car.

There is no transport nearby so the best way to explore the location is by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 48-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
