The apartment is located in a quiet, silent neighborhood. El Palo is a residential area where a variety of luxurious homes are grouped, away from the urban center but 4 minutes walking from the beach and 15 minutes by car.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease agreement.
2. Supplies such as electricity, water, or gas will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:
$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
