🏡 Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire property, making it feel like your own home from home for the duration of your stay. For long-term stays, we can provide an optional regular cleaning service to keep your temporary home at its best without you having to lift a finger. 🧹🧽🧼🫧

🔐 Our guests’ privacy and security is our number one priority. We will avoid making visits to the property during your stay in order to respect your personal space. We’ll be on-hand via the app for anything you need of course and we live 15 mins away so we can respond to any requests you have very quickly.

🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smokers can use the private back garden, where there are ashtrays for use.

🔇 Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise levels down after 10 PM, as this is a residential area.
